Since 2024, ARF's programming has reached 1,000+ youth through partner programs. Partners operate the sites and carry the cost of onsite delivery and staffing; ARF provides the curriculum, vehicles, coach training, and competition infrastructure that make the programs work.

Crossroads Education Foundation ran student programming at scale — $952,107 raised and approximately $821,000 deployed across three fiscal years.
Phase II2023-2025

Seed and build · 2023–2025

Code19 Racing seeded the program. External fundraising was intentionally low while the work was building: curriculum, vehicle platform, and pilot leagues.
Phase III2026+

Scale · 2026 onward

IARL and MARL launch. The pilots proved the model; capacity funds the network.

DETROIT, MI.

In April 2024, nine Detroit youth from the Boys & Girls Clubs Mobility Industry Club competed at the inaugural Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League at Yas Marina Circuit — placing fifth against eighteen teams, one second behind the fastest, and finishing as the top high school team in the field. That program, seeded by Code19 Racing, is the foundation the Autonomous Racing Foundation now builds on.
